I agree with what you have wrote. I pray for people to find Gods favor in finding a job or for their children to find a great school. I do not pray for people to have Gods favor for personal gain or for someone to defeat someone in a sports game outside of the rules of fair play. In my opinion, I have heard some church leaders say they look for favor from people to pay their way or give them money, I prefer leaders who are humble and just want to Follow Gods plan. I like the old saying if you are in Gods will and following his will, you will find favor but its Gods choice giving it out of love not something we have earned. Thank you for the lessen and getting me started thinking about this.
